Plain English Shipping & Returns Policy
Note: Due to the buyout of our shipping labels company, they have stopped allowing us to send a return label with the shipment. You will have to request a return label for the present time. They have stated that they are working on a fix and we will re-install the feature as soon as it is available to us!
All orders of any size or amount will ship FREE to your door. There are NO MINIMUMS to receive FREE Shipping! You can even order a pair of socks and they will be shipped to you free of shipping charges.
All clothing orders over $29.00 are shipped with a product return label. Items Under $29.00; you will need to e-mail a request for a return label. If for any reason you are not happy with your items(s), simply re-package your items and place the return label on the package.
You will not need to call or ask for a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA). Simply send the package back. Upon receiving the package back, your card will be refunded as follows:
A. To receive a full refund for your item(s), you will need to return the item(s) in the same condition that you received them in. If you are buying clothing; that means that all tags and attachments will need to be on the items when you return them. You can try on the clothes, just DO NOT take off the tags until you are sure you want to keep the item(s).
B. If the item is in NEW condition, but the tags are removed or the packaging has been damaged, (does not include the plastic bag that some clothing comes in); you will incur a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Most likely, these items will then be placed on the clearance or sale racks.
C. If the item is returned dirty, torn, used or has pet hair on them, the item will be disqualified from receiving any refund at all. The item will be cleaned and given to a charity or consignment shop.
D. SALE items are sold AS IS! They will still be shipped to you for FREE, but the item is non-returnable!
THERE WILL BE NO ADJUSTMENTS TO THIS POLICY AND THIS REFUND POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
